Eithne Harley

Eithne is Director of Integrated Marketing at Accenture. Before joining Accenture, Eithne held senior marketing positions at Mason Hayes & Curran and Willis. She holds an MBA from Smurfit Business School in UCD and a degree in Marketing from DIT.

At Accenture, Eithne is responsible for the full spectrum of marketing and communications programmes in Ireland including their Technology Sponsorship of the RBS Six Nations Rugby, engagement with the Startup community and driving Accenture’s Entrepreneurship in Residence programmes.  Passionate about promoting gender equality, Eithne is the Executive Producer of Accenture Ireland’s celebration of International Women’s Day and is co-founder of their campaign in partnership with the Royal Irish Academy, Women on Walls.

Eithne has been actively involved in a number of educational and skills initiatives to advance women in the Tech sector and was awarded Top Role Model 2014: Connector by Silicon Republic for her generous work throughout Ireland's STEM sector.  She played a key role in delivering Accenture’s initial research ‘Powering Economic Growth-Attracting more young women into Science, Technology and Maths.’.  Eithne is a member of the Advisory group to the Digital Youth Council of Ireland and chair’s the Advisory Council of An Cosán’s Young Women into IT programmes. 

A keen supporter of the Arts, Eithne is a Board member of the Dublin Theatre Festival and was Chair of the 2013 Allianz Business to Arts Judging Committee.
