Pete Deane

Pete began his career as a musician in Scottish bands and graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a degree in Popular Music.  Following periods of freelance tour managing and creating his own music, he started with Scottish Chamber Orchestra as Stage Manager.  Pete has since worked for other orchestras including Scottish Ensemble, RTÉ Concert Orchestra and BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra on a freelance basis.  Other work has included festivals such as Edinburgh International Festival, Lammermuir Festival and Cumnock Tryst.  He joined Crash Ensemble from Scottish Chamber Orchestra where he worked most recently as a Creative Learning Producer.
