Crash Ensemble aims to break down barriers in contemporary music and engage diverse audiences to reflect the richness of Irish society.

We are dedicated to ensuring equal access to music for everyone, regardless of socio-economic background or ethnicity. Our goal is to transform contemporary music from a niche art form into an inclusive experience for all.

Socially, we are committed to breaking down barriers and diversifying audiences. By presenting accessible and engaging performances, we strive to foster inclusivity in the arts.

Crash Connects is one of our projects that aims to bring in new audiences from diverse communities in Ireland. We regularly host open rehearsals and listening groups, giving community groups the opportunity to get a closer look at Crash Ensemble at work, and meet and chat with our team, musicians, composers, and conductors in relaxed environments.
